Preserve the beauty of your scarf by storing it flat and untied (keeping it in the gift box is a great idea!) Avoid contact with rain, water and other chemicals, and entrust it to a professional dry cleaner when needed.
If there is a loose or long thread, we recomend to cut it. Don't pull it, as it can leave a hole in the delecate weave and distort that pattern.
Your purchases are delivered in a chic, black box and hand tied. Packaging is a passion of ours and we want the opening experience to be special.
During checkout, you can include a note with a personalized message under "add special instructions." Also mention if you would like a priceless invoice. A customer can exchange a gift. For more details, please contact Customer Service.
Shipping and Returns
If you have any specific or complicted instructions regarding your address or shipping, please leave us a detailed note at checkout under "add special instructions," so we can help you. For shipping within the United States, we use Fedex and USPS. For international shipping, DHL is our carrier.
We want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied you have 30 days to return your Hunter Christian purchase. Altered apparel, special orders, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
